TwoSistas and it’s WealthWellnessWednesday this August 31, 2022, with Oliveyah Fisch!  Oliveyah (“Liv”) is a leading expert in the health and fitness industry with over 20 years of experience and strong connections in the community. After launching her fitness career in 2005, she fell in love with helping others to amplify their lives and soon after, she started her business which has become one of the most successful health and life coaching businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Liv’s experience in the health and fitness industry started at an early age.  She grew up in a marshal’s art studio where her Father taught a lot of his classes.  Liv fell in love with the classes and began to teach them herself!  Her love of martial arts was a way to enhance her further her studies.

Liv has a Master's in Exercise Science. She is an accredited performance enhancement specialist and certified personal trainer through NASM, a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance Association and holds certifications for health and life coaching through the CHEK Institute and Health Coach Institute. In addition, she holds a black belt in International Kung Fu San Soo Association and teaches personal safety and assertiveness prevention.

Liv has always loved serving at her highest level - she has always been interested in the body which she explains is a  way to really be in control and to let go of things that do not serve us.  “Our bodies are our greatest assets.”  She lives her true self everyday with a lot of joy movement and taking care of her body.

Liv shares with her clients that exercise is NOT a one size fits all in fact she customizes the workouts to fit her client’s schedule.  In other words, spending tons of time on cardio in the gym only further stresses the body.  She creates 10 or 20 minute routines which her clients are able to fit into their schedules.  Of course, as a by-product of that, her clients lose weight and also far exceed their expectations of how they feel and look!  The realization her clients experience is a sense of pride!  We often feel that we have to be a certain way and we tend to have a “destination addiction”.  That simply does not work.

From Liv’s holistic approach to customized workouts and through her “social media manifesto” (she practices what she preaches!) Liv literally takes the bricks of the backpack!
