TwoSistas and it’s WealthWellnessWednesday, January 25, 2023.  It seems like it has been a struggle for some to maintain their “resolutions” or what we refer to as “solutions”.  We shared some of our amazing tips on how to go forward and not feel overwhelmed!

Some of the many fitness / wellness challenges run for 90 days - what if you took it down to figuratively speaking, bite sized chunks?

You may think at this point that you have failed but let us assure you - you have NOT!  Set yourself up for success in a way that compliments your lifestyle!  For instance set aside 2 - 3 days for the next couple of weeks and perhaps work on increasing your water intake or cutting out that night time snack that you always reach for.  Keep a journal on those days and be totally honest with yourself!  Write how you felt when you did something or for that matter, did not do something.

When we learn to come up with solutions rather than knocking ourselves down, we are more apt to continue that momentum!

The moral of the story - we can’t get instantaneous results when we don’t have the proper tools to back ourselves up.  YOU are the back up to YOU - You’ve got this!!
