Whitney gave such amazing tips not only from a personal standpoint, but from a professional one. While she is a Board Certified Pharmacist, many of her clients want to achieve getting off their meds and she works with them individually. She also offered her insight on “medications” in general. For instance, while we might aim to get off of our medications, some are essentially needed!
Whitney also offered a great tip for just “starting” with of course the most important one, “start small”. “Start from where you are.” (Start to slowly add those healthy changes that you want to make. For instance, exercise or movement means different things to everyone. You may want to start with going for a 5-minute walk 3/per week.)
Thank you so much Whitney! You are truly an amazing guest and we so appreciated your insight on what it means to have a sustainable lifestyle.
