TwoSistas, TriumphTuesday and we are all turkeyed out!! We would still like to know though what your favorite recipe may be to make with leftover turkey! How we triumph over the little things and even the big things can impact our overall health. Are you turning in and "listening" to the cues your body is relaying to you? Sometimes, we don't want to listen (ourselves included) but how can we overcome or learn to embark on an overall wellness plan? It's not about what you can't have (although for many with food allergies it certainly is) - it's not about going on another diet (we are certainly not immune to that as well) - it's about taking hold of your wellness and being healthy and ultimately as a by-product of just changing those little things, you will lose weight - be healthy; be well; take charge - and that is a triumph!!
