TwoSistas, MindsetMonday and today was a short one! Mindset is something each of us work on each day; it's easier to stay in bed rather than wake up on a cold morning, get ready and go to the kickboxing studio for a 5am class - it's the hard work to stay healthy and keep our wellness always in tact - it's that feeling when you walk out of the studio or out of the gym or Pickle U - those good endorphins does a body good - not just for your body but your mind and soul!!
