TwoSistas and it’s MindsetMonday - We love the start of the week and this week of course, no exception! The last “Monday” of the Month and the excitement of a new month beginning. We can’t believe we are just about to enter the last quarter of 2022!
Mindset is all about establishing those routines that support your lifestyle. For instance, many of us have vision boards or use sticky notes (yes; there is an app for the organization of sticky notes!). We always urge on the side of what works for you; keep it as simple as possible. Don’t worry about buying into or using an app that does not support your lifestyle. A good old fashioned pen and paper is always best when starting out!
Sometimes, it’s just about the simplicity. For long term goals or things that we know are realistically going to happen a year or two (or maybe more) from now, write out backwards what it will take you to achieve that goal. For example, if you wanted to save $500 this year, you would need to save $41.66 per month - divide that by the weeks in the month etc - this will help you to establish a weekly, monthly goal to meet your one-year goal!
