TwoSistas and it's been (3) weeks since our last MindsetMonday on July 19th - we are so happy to be back!! Monday's are a way to segway into your week with a boat load of mindset knowledge. Sometimes with crazy hectic weeks, things going on inside and outside of the home, and unexpected things that may pop up will sometimes reek havoc on our mindset. It's okay to give yourself a break and take time to process whatever it is you are feeling in order to move forward. Being gentle and kind to yourself while creating a list may help you to see what type of things you really need to concentrate on. Get out your pen and paper, special journal or whatever it may be, making a list will help you decide and prioritize what you need to accomplish while hopefully deleting the anxiety of what's next. Don't forget - it's okay to move things around on your list - and make sure you check them off as you go. YOU are worth it and your mindset thanks you!!
