TwoSistas and it’s MindsetMonday!! It’s all in the Mindset; how we perceive, how we act, how we react and perhaps the lack thereof. Part of the mindset practice is just all about the PRACTICE of mindset whether it’s through journaling, reading, personal development and communication skills with others and ourselves. Mindset chatter can be a very good practice but if we are talking to ourselves in a manner where we are not being kind to ourselves, that could be the outward vibes that we are giving off to others.
Our vibes, our actions (or sometimes inactions) our intentions that we broadcast to the universe will always answer us back.
