Mindset is something we both work on each day and when we have those times of derailment, maybe a bad day, maybe a good day and maybe you are trying to attain a goal - whatever it is, the feelings you may be feeling, it's important to take that time-out to validate your feelings!!! Validation, reset - listen to music, journal, be mindful of you and your feelings!
