No matter how you choose to your day, the main thing to remember is not to compare yourself with anyone else - we can't stress this enough. Yes, Janis is up wicked early in the morning - this is what works best for her. Establishing a routine is more about just that - establishing it; tweek it, commit to it and yes, be a participant to it - a lot if IT this morning!!
Example - if you have to get up at 6am to get ready for the day, are you using your wake-up time to your advantage or are you taking advantage of that time? We all know time is a precious commodity we just need to respect our time.
