TwoSistas, MindsetMonday and it's all about setting ourselves up for success! That is always not easy but if we take the time to do those underlying "things" that help to support our goals, wow, we can accomplish so much! It's also about setting aside some time for ourselves - taking for instance 30 minutes to exercise, journal, writing down affirmations, whatever it may be for you! When we write things down, it solidifies our subconscious mind as well as if it or something has already happened. The "Sistas" also shared how they embark on this journey each week, what happens when we forget or can't get to something and how those things impact the week ahead.
