Having a daily planner to your electronic planners, calendars is always a good and mindful practice to set yourself up for success - even when computers and our electronic devices fail for whatever reason. Mindset is alot like that as well - when your day does not go as planned, it's important to pause for reflection - Pausing for reflection does not mean give up on your plan but maybe you just need to take a temporary pause and resume or even amend the timeframe when you are able to do so.
