TwoSistas and it’s the 1st FantabulousFriday of February on this Friday, February 3, 2023.   Lots going on this week:  the passing of actress Cindy Williams who played the role of “Shirley” on the hit TV sitcom “Laverne & Shirley”; #12 - the GOAT Tom Brady retiring and that pesky little, but very cute, Punxsutawney Phil seeing his shadow - yes; 6 more weeks of winter; however in the Northeast where Janis resides, they haven’t had any measurable snow - the temps have been brutally cold, but no snow - not that we want of course!!

A great discussion about intermittent fasting, the winner of the TwoSistas 2nd Stunod Award and our upcoming nominations for next week’s and somehow laundry creeped into the discussion which our question of the day was derived from!
